Home visits

Home visits can be arranged if you are unable to visit the clinic due to health and/or disability related issues, or if you just prefer to have therapy in the comfort of your own home.  Home visits will incur an additional cost to cover travel.

Payments

Payments for treatments are to be paid on the day in cash or by cheque made payable to ‘Simply Holistic Therapies’ supported by a cheque guarantee card.  A receipt is available upon request.

Cancellation policy

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for the cancellation of appointments. Anything less than 24 hours notice will result in the payment of a cancellation fee.
